Audra Stevenson Drakes
Audra has gained significant practical experience in diverse fields throughout her career. Originally educated as a Physicist, her career has woven together skills in Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Project Management, Facilitation, Training, Hotel Management and Engineering. She specialises in Process Design for Group Meetings and Organisational Development; Facilitation of Training and Group Interactions; Visual Recording; and Human Resources Advisory Services.
Stephne is a Hospitality and Tourism Training Consultant and Etiquette Expert with over twenty five years of experience. She is known in Barbados as the local “Miss Manners”, and is the island’s finest authority on Corporate and Social Etiquette. Her skills as a Facilitator have been highly acclaimed and over the years, she has trained thousands of persons from the Private and Public Sectors, from a diverse range of industries, throughout the Caribbean region. She has conducted training in twenty five (25) of the thirty-two (32) member territories of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation.
Jeff Cumberbatch teaches Contracts, Torts, Sports Law and Employment Law at UWI and also has research interests in the law relating to Consumer Protection, International Labour Law, Dismissal Law, and Media Law. He is a co-author of the text West Indian Law of Contract, and has published extensively in some of the leading regional and international law journals.
