This workshop will help participants to understand their DiSC Style, become aware of how they behave and react when working with different people and learn how diverse DiSC styles can work better as a team.

This workshop helps participants recognize the strengths that different personality types bring to a team, and the potential for increased productivity resulting from multiple personality types working well together.

Everything DiSC Catalyst provides an engaging and online experience to help persons to learn more about themselves using DiSC. This platform provides learners with the ability to watch short videos, connect with teammates, listen to podcasts, and work on self-development all on their own.
Each participant’s DiSC style is described in detail—beginning the process of social and emotional skills growth. In Catalyst, learners can also compare their DiSC style with their colleagues—along with receiving extensive tips for improving interactions and working relationships.
