Our trainers can design and facilitate customized on-site training for new or current employees in the role of Butler in hotels or private villas. We work with you to design workshops to meet your unique needs rather than delivering generic courses.

Training is intensive and hands-on, providing opportunities for practice, so that participants can put new skills to work at the end of each workshop. Training is designed and facilitated by experienced hospitality trainers who have provided training for butlers working at exclusive establishments across the Caribbean.
