Everything DiSC® is a suite of assessment tools that provides transformational learning experiences for individuals at all levels of the organisation.

Organisations can utilize Everything DiSC® to provide a common language that can help teams better understand each other as individuals, and work better together. This in turn, can improve communication, reduce conflict and create more engagement in the workplace

What is DiSC?

The DiSC Model is a simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioral styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for each distinct Everything DiSC application.

D: Dominance
i: Influence
S: Steadiness
C: Conscientiousness

Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles and usually one, two, or sometimes even three styles stand out.

How DiSC Works

The DiSC Model is based on the idea of two fundamental dimensions of human nature, represented by these two axes:

You may find yourself making judgements about persons people because of their DiSC Style, and this may cause you to draw wrong conclusions about this person. Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC Styles. A person may prioritize certain behavioral tendencies, but we all have the ability to stretch, with a little effort.

Access a range of follow-up tools to better understand the results. Tools vary depending on the assessment. Learning platforms: MyEverything Disc® or Catalyst™ , are available to provide further insight, as well as Comparison reports, Team reports and Group reports.

Reliability & Validity

If an instrument is indeed useful and accurate, it should meet a variety of different standards that have been established by the scientific community. Validation is the process through which researchers assess the quality of a psychological instrument by testing the tool against these different standards.

Reliability

Researchers ask if an instrument measures consistently and dependably. If the results contain a lot of random variation, it is deemed less reliable.

Validity
