The aim of this seminar is to provide participants with valuable insights about themselves and others to aid in building more productive and effective workplace relationships.
Use Everything DiSC Workplace to identify personal preferences and approaches to workplace activities and provides tools for development and engagement.
This workshop provides an opportunity to re-engage and rebuild teams affected by recent disruptions in the workplace, and those operating fully or partially in remote workspaces. It is also ideal for new teams as it provides immediate insight into preferences, behaviours, personality styles that will help team members learn how to function more effectively together.

- Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment: Powered by 40+ years of research, each Everything DiSC® personality assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights to each participant. These insights lay the groundwork for a personalized experience rich with “A-ha!” moments that inspire behaviour change.
- Everything DiSC Workplace Profile: The personalized content in the profile deepens self-understanding through the DiSC® model. People gain insight into their own preferences and tendencies, learn more about relating to others, and receive actionable strategies to help them improve their interactions and ultimately, their performance.
- Workshop Seminar: The profile comes to life during the online workshop, that engages participants to explore their profiles. Here participants will have an opportunity to interact with persons who have similar and different styles during the seminar. By the end of the seminar, they will have the start of an action plan incorporating strategies to improve their effectiveness in how they work with others.
- Catalyst Learning Platform: Participants get unlimited access to the Catalyst learning platform before and after the workshop. Take the Assessment
Each learner will receive a unique access code to complete the online self-assessment for Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst, and immediate access to their profile report and the Catalyst platform on completion of the assessment.
Learners respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale to measure preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model—a simple, yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioral styles: D (Dominance), i (influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Conscientiousness).

This interactive seminar will use Everything DiSC Workplace to identify your personal preferences and your approach to workplace activities. Workplace activities may include work at your organization, work that you do at home for personal reasons, projects that you may volunteer for, work in your church ministry etc.
The seminar will assist you in understanding differences in how you “see things” in comparison with others, and how this may have led to a lack of interest, conflict or disappointment in the past.
